QsarDB
QSAR Databank (QsarDB) repository provides open access to (Q)SAR/QSPR in silico models and data sets, making them transparent, reusable and citable.
QsarDB is a data repository and data management platform, offering open domain-specific standards and associated tools and enabling research groups, project teams and institutions to represent and share (Quantitative) Structure-Activity Relationships ((Q)SAR) data and models.
Based on metadata, the models are organised into hierarchically structured collections. The models are presented in the QsarDB machine readable format, being the FAIR data (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable). The models are citable by persistent identifiers (HDL, DOI), their metadata are registered in the DataCite register.
Models can be browsed and downloaded; the repository offers integrated services, such as model analysis and visualisation and prediction.
